Info for users
- First of all, the ads you post cannot contain hate versus a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality. We are all members of the human race.
- Beepers are not permitted to use nicknames that may be offensive or explicitly copied from other Beepers, nor are they allowed to post comments or content that is vulgar or that doesn't respect the netiquette of BrandPotion.
- We love, respect and protect children. We insist you do not take child-abuse lightly.
- Your submitted ads should not damage, in any way, the brand in concern. If you don't like one of them, contact us and explain the reason why. We don't want to promote brands of companies that, anywhere in the world, fail to respect human rights and the safety of planet Earth.
- Do not promote brands of the competitors of our sponsors.
- BrandPotion.com prohibits the use of pornography or sexually explicit content, videos showing dangerous or illegal acts, and any kind of violence.
- We respect copyright laws. You are only permitted to upload files that are original and those that you've made or for which you have obtained the explicit rights. If we are uncertain about any file, we will ask you to sign a declaration stating that this is your original work and/or that you are not violating any copyright law. - Comments
- 8.1.The comments sections on BrandPotion operate like any other comments section. It's your sounding board. While BrandPotion does not advocate the moderation of well-expressed views and opinions, we do not take criticism for the sake of criticism, cursing, or spamming lightly.
- 8.2. The target of this space is not to self-promote, but to give an opinion about the creative work of brands and the contributions to brand contests.
- 8.3. Among the things you must not do in the comments space, beyond insulting, offending or threatening another Beeper are:
- 8.3.1. Do not link to your own website. There is a space provided for this on your profile.
- 8.3.2. Do not copy and past the same comment on many ads (or its variants).
- 8.3.3. Do not self-promote without caring about the work you are commenting on.
- 8.3.4. Do not look or ask for a vote exchange.
- 8.3.5. Do not write unnecessary comments only to stay in the latest comments
- 8.4. If you do not respect these rules you may lose points on your contributions and your account may be temporarily banned or permanently removed.
- Contacting Beepers
- 9.1. On each Beeper's profile page, there is a button that allows Beepers to contact each other privately by sending an email to a personal mail address.
- 9.2. The reason for this is to start a personal friendship, a private clarification or simply an idea and opinion exchange with a Beeper you want to get in touch with.
- 9.3. It is strictly forbidden to use this function in order to promote your own work with copy and paste messages or carpet bombing the community.
- 9.4. The wrong use of this function may lead to the loss of points, temporary banning or the permanent removal of your account.
- Voting
- 10.1. The community decides the allotment of prizes by voting for contributions. Only registered and logged in Beepers can vote. Without logging in, you can only view the contributions.
- 10.2. Each Beeper can vote only once, by giving a certain number of stars.
- 10.3. You are allowed-better yet, invited-to ask your friends to vote for your ads by registering on the site. We welcome all who value creativity.
- 10.4. You are allowed, encouraged even, to promote your contributions to BrandPotion on video-sharing, image-sharing and social network platforms.
- 10.5. You are not allowed to spam to people you do not know, inviting them to register and vote for your ads. Share your ideas with people you know, inside and outside BrandPotion. Do not spam-neither here, nor anywhere. BrandPotion is based on sharing and respect.
